1. TReal Event Experience:The platform should be easy to use for both organizers and attendees. It should be intuitive and user-friendly so that people can easily navigate the event without getting frustrated.
2. Security:Virtual event platform should be secure. With so many people accessing the platform from all over the world, there is a greater risk for security breaches. The platform must have robust security measures in place to protect both the organizers and attendees.
3. Scalability:Scalability is another important challenge. The platform must be able to handle a large number of users without crashing or experiencing any downtime.
4. Physical Stalls:Just like with physical stalls, virtual stall should be well-designed and catches the eye of attendees. Use high-quality visuals and make sure branding is front and center.
5. Easy Navigation:Stall should be easy to navigate, with clear calls to action that lead attendees to where you want them to go.
6. Engagement:Prepare a plan for how stall owners will engage with attendees at their stall. What kinds of questions they might have, how to answer them. Also consider offering incentives for visitors, such as discounts or brochures.
7. Server Management: Achieving these goals requires a careful balance of server resources, caching, and load balancing.
8. Technology:Finding the right technology to power the event. There are many options out there, and it can be difficult to determine which one will best fit the needs of the event.

Our Solution


1. Virtual Space Creator:As planned the virtual space editor had solved all the experience related challenges in the platform. A complete java script based editor tool was created which comprises of the objects like Custom Shapes, Text, Images, Videos (YouTube & Vimeo). This provided the complete flexibility to create or setup any virtual event layout on the platform. Weather it is Entrance Lobby, Stalls or Conference Hall it was very easy to create the same This editor has a flexibility to customize the views based on the device types like tablets, laptops, mobile phones etc.
2. Physical Stalls:Stalls like real world were created easily with the use of the Virtual Space Creator. LED TV's were mimicked using the Video Iframes.
3. Security:AES Encryption is used to protect the attendees data, APIs were encrypted end to end.
4. Scalability:The server load is distributed using AWS Elastic Cloud and AWS Aurora DB Clusters .
5. Video Chat:Video chat is created using JITSI platform to provide a real engagement between stall owners and attendees
6. Big Marker:As the requirements was to easy to access for the organizers and attendees, the webinar modules became very easy to join for organizers as well as attendees.

The platform featured an intuitive admin panel with drag-and-drop functionality for easy customization. Ticket booking APIs automated user registration and restricted login to one IP per account. Operations were streamlined with automated stall customization and attendee coordination using a virtual chat feature, enhancing efficiency and user experience.
