The main challenge was to design a Patient Monitoring System that would work seamlessly in both online and offline modes while offering a feature-rich experience for healthcare teams. The system needed to: Centralize Patient Management: Collect, organize, and analyze patient data efficiently.
Simplify Appointment and Billing Processes: Enable easy scheduling, rescheduling, and invoicing.
Ensure Data Accessibility: Function offline and sync automatically when internet access was restored.
Enable Prescription and Communication Management: Allow doctors to prescribe medications and communicate with patients via SMS and emails.
Improve Operational Efficiency: Streamline admissions, discharges, and patient record storage.
Given the NGO's reach across remote areas, the system also needed to be lightweight, user-friendly, and capable of functioning on low-resource mobile devices.

Apptroid Technology developed a comprehensive Patient Monitoring System with a fully functional mobile application (Android & iOS) tailored for Wockhardt Foundation’s rural healthcare operations. The system was designed with the following features:
